General description of the position:
The Call Center - Public Relations Specialist manages inbound and outbound calls from interns and external referrals, generated through advertising channels such as television, social media and transportation. This function also includes liaising with patients and affiliates to promote
services and improve satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Manages incoming and outgoing calls punctually and professionally.
- Schedule and coordinate guided tours for patients to visit medical centers.
- Use effective communication, planning and organizational skills.
- Work independently and maintain self-motivation to achieve goals.
- Contact affiliates to gather feedback on services received and seek referrals.
- Provide excellent customer service through active listening and problem solving.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the medical center's services and offerings.
- Meet or exceed monthly performance targets.
- Participate in marketing events and recreational activities aligned with patient needs.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Clinical experience is preferred.
- Strong telephone etiquette, empathy and dynamic interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual (preferably Spanish/English and Creole).
