General description of the position:
The Adult Day Care Supervisor coordinates and supervises daily activities and team members to ensure effective delivery of services in a safe and supportive environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise, mentor and develop the skills and performance of team members.
- Maintain up-to-date patient care plans and records.
- Organizes and assigns tasks to staff to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Monitors performance to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Provides solutions to office or personnel issues, as needed.
- Serve as support to team members when needed.
- Ensure a clean, safe and secure working environment.
- Maintain positive working relationships with staff and management.
- Communicate with team members in a respectful and responsible manner.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Supervisory or management experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Preferably bilingual (Spanish/English).
